    As a former collegiate athlete, CJ Donovan has a team first attitude, strong leadership skills, a relentless work ethic and ability to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments. Accompanied with his Marketing MBA background, CJ is able to run marketing analyses and tailor a customized marketing plan to maximize a company’s ROI. He is a social-savvy individual with a creative and strategic blend that allows him to adapt his work to a diverse array of client needs.

    Donovan develops analytic reports and provides key social performance indicators to the Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Kaulig Media. He manages the Kaulig brand across social platforms, in addition to web, radio, and television mediums. Donovan creates strategies and action plans to increase exposure of Matt Kaulig and Kaulig Companies brands to maximize brand growth. He also develops marketing and social media campaigns that are on par with the industry’s best. CJ is a diehard Cleveland sports fan, enjoys golfing and being active. While studying abroad for his MBA in New Zealand and Australia, he was able to scuba the Great Barrier Reef.
