    With over 25 years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry, Mike has always been an advocate of the team concept, and applauds collaboration and positive criticism that drives unique and on-point ideas. He is a firm believer that a great idea can come from anywhere at any time from anyone - including a pesky project manager. Mike's philosophy is that it never hurts to grind out the long hours, obsess and bang your head on the desk in search of a gem. Creativity is about the journey, the experimentation and exploration of everything that surrounds us. The idea is always there - snatching it out of the air with chopsticks is the fun part.

    Considered a “Jack of many hats” Mike bring a little bit of everything to the table as a core creative team member. Mike provides expertise in concept development, brand development, design, art direction, video/photo production, pixel-based illustration and problem solving to the team. He is well-equipped to multi-task and work at a high level in a fast-paced environment, with a tenacity for creating on-point, strategic concepts that deliver real world results for clients.

    Mike is a consummate Cleveland “homer” who is passionate enough to rattle the windows when the Browns fumble on the goal line or Jose throws a curveball when he clearly should have just thrown high heat! (No, he's not over it.) He's also a big fan of his award-winning, melt your face, chili as well as his hand-crafted ales and anyone, for that matter, that brews their own. He thinks the city of Cleveland is underrated and under-explored, comedy is the funniest, live music soothes the soul, mountain biking hurts and good food doesn’t have to be pretty. But at the end of the day, he's a family-man who loves to hang out at home.
