Documentary style needed to push awareness for Neo Natal Unit and raise money for the Servo N Unit. Instead of a traditional product demonstration, the strategy was create a narrative surrounding the people associated specifically with the Servo N Unit. Narrative told the story of creator of unit, lead researcher, infant on the unit, and recovery story of family off the unit discard. Video distributed on social media, internal email to donors and broadcast television. Results of campaign included increase in donation of funds to purchase two Servo N Units.
