ipso built a link between WordPress and an existing program called Booker, an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that helps consumers book appointments with spas and salons. Booker lets the user look up a particular stylist’s availability, provide notes or requests, manage existing appointments, and offers account creation and login. With this integration, we are able to feature Booker’s functionality and ease of use directly on a client’s homepage.

With Booker Integration, the user remains on the spa’s site throughout the entire booking process, rather than being directed to a third-party booking site and thus improving customer engagement, cementing a sense of professionalism and security.
Booker Integration gives customers the ability to view the availability of their preferred stylists, provide specific requests, and cancel or edit their appointments -- and to reference these requests by logging in and viewing upcoming bookings on the account portal.
